Prior to joining Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA,
Nancy clerked in the United States District Court for
the Southern District of New York, and affiliated with prominent law firms in New Jersey and Ohio over a
12 year period.

Since joining Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA in 2000, she
has developed creative problem solving, tailored to
small-to-medium sized businesses and the individuals
affiliated with them. She represents individuals and
businesses in the food, restaurant and hospitality
industries. She also represents debtors and creditors,
facilitates workouts, drafts, negotiates, and enforces
contracts, solves business problems, documents
purchases and sales of businesses and business
assets, and counsels and implements business start-ups
and liquidations. In addition, she litigates commercial disputes
in federal, state, bankruptcy, and appellate courts.

Though Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA does not presently file
consumer bankruptcy cases, we represent creditors and
others affected in such cases, as well as creditors and
anyone else affected by a business bankruptcy case.

Business Mediation:

Sometimes, the best litigation is avoiding litigation in the first
place by utilizing a private mediator and working together to
resolve contentious issues. Nancy has succeeded in using
business mediation to obtain positive results and spare clients
the trauma and expense of litigation.
